ABOUT US
Los Altos Community Investments (LACI) is the developer of retail and office properties. LACI currently owns 15 unique properties in downtown Los Altos and is renting to approximately 25 tenants. Formerly known as Passerelle Investment Company, LACI changed its name in 2016 with a renewed focus on working with business partners, customers, and community members toward the goal of keeping Los Altos a unique, vibrant, and family-friendly place to live.
ANNE WOJCICKI
Principal & Founder
Having grown up on the neighboring Stanford Campus, Anne has deep sentiment for the place she calls home. Los Altos Community Investments started in 2010 when Anne, with small kids in tow, saw a need in Los Altos for a restaurant where families could eat a healthy local sourced meal, and children would be warmly welcomed. With that vision, she launched Bumble Restaurant, a popular farm-to-fork restaurant with a one-of-a-kind playroom for young children. From there, Anne has continued to invest and improve upon the City of Los Altos with strategic long-term investments that ignite growth and vitality in the downtown. She's proud to be a part of the Los Altos community and welcomes input and feedback from all.

VICTORIA BROWN
Associate
Victoria is a Half Moon Bay native and has always been fascinated by the excitement going on just over the hill in Silicon Valley. She earned her M.A. in social science and her studies have helped provide a solid background for commercial real estate, especially navigating the complexities of redevelopment projects. Victoria derives much inspiration from the collaborative approach of placemaking and the work of organizations like Project for Public Spaces on how best to design and plan community spaces - a theme deeply rooted in LACI’s philosophy. She also draws on these principles in her role on the Los Altos Downtown Green Steering Committee.
