Honcho serves wine and craft beer, along with what the menu describes as “low-proof cocktails.” What that means is that they’re made using wine, sherry, vermouth or beer as a base. And while a cocktail snob might turn his or her nose up to that idea, it’s the flavor that really counts and Honcho comes through on that score.
